Bellydance: Empowering, enchanting, and second only to swimming for all over body toning, Mid-East dance is both an exercise and a personal celebration. Master the body undulations, turns, shimmies and upper body isolations of this ancient and beautiful dance form. Attire: comfortable clothing that stretches to permit movement, bare feet.
Brazilian Groove: Experience the rhythm and soul of Brazil! The hottest Brazilian Samba and Capoeira dance moves combined with the very best calorie burning, body blasting aerobics. Dance your way to a tighter and more toned body! Attire: Comfortable dance or workout clothing. Sneakers or jazz sneakers. High energy aerobic Latin dance moves plus the sculpting power of crunches, squats, lunges, and push-ups make this class the PERFECT workout. Burn up to 500 calories a class, and create the body of your dreams! Attire: Comfortable workout clothing and sneakers or jazz sneakers. Jazz: Express yourself! Jazz up your life while you tone, strengthen, develop flexibility, rhythmic awareness, individual character, and expressive movement. Jazz Funk/Hip Hop:

Latin Fast Track: Latin Fast Track offers you the fast lane to more advanced Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha and Bachata turns and combinations. Bring a partner or find one in class. Attire: comfortable clothing, dance or dress shoes.
Performance Workshops: Latin, Bellydance, and Hip Hop students prepare choreography to be performed throughout the year. Call to inquire about upcoming auditions.
So You Think You Can’t Dance?: Cha Cha! Swing! Rumba! Hustle and more! This ballroom is mad hot! Prepare for your wedding, or learn the latest moves to make you the hit at every party and nightclub. Bring a partner or find one in class. Attire: Dance shoes or dress shoes with a leather sole.
Steppin’ – Chicago Style I and II: From basics to show-stopping dips, slides, turns, tandems, and walking, this class will teach you what you need to enjoy yourself on the dance floor or competition. Fundamentals are stressed, but individual flair is encouraged. Attire: comfortable clothing, dance or dress shoes.
Tap I and II: A touch of jazz, a hint of funk, syncopated rhythms, and lots of fun!Attire: comfortable clothes that stretch to permit movement, tap shoes.
