Latin Cardio Bootcamp:
An intensely energetic class to make a dramatic improvement
in your physical and mental well being. Crunches, calisthenics,
jumping jacks, Pilates mat work, obstacle courses, push-ups,
and dance, dance, dance! Attire: comfortable clothing that
stretches to permit movement, gym shoes. (Note: students
must change into clean, non black-soled gym shoes here at
the studio. All street shoes must be removed at the door.)
